OBJECTIVE: This is a pre-course survey and will assess your current general comfort with prenatal consultation for urology. 
                          Completing the survey should only take about 5 minutes of your time.

CASE BASED INVENTORY                      

22.  Case 1.  You are asked to consult for a pregnancy (28 wks GA) of a
                    male fetus which shows left "pyelectasis" at 12mm.  

                   What is the likelihood that the baby will need active 
                   treatment for significant urological concerns such as
